Dear Mr. Leedy,

My name is Jim Herrick,and I am writing to thank you and your staff for making such a wonderful product. I am currently employed in Baghdad, Iraq, as a member of a Personal Security Detail and drive a Chevy Suburban equipped with your product on a dailybasis.

On Wednesday, September 28, 2005 , we were attacked with small arms fire near the Baghdad International Airport. My vehicle took 6 hits from an unknown caliber weapon, and our other armored vehicle suffered 1 hit. We believe the weapons were both AK47's and PKM. As you will see in the enclosed pictures, one shot----the first----was absorbed by the armored glass you installed on the vehicle. Two other rounds, one in each vehicle, were in the drivers side, and with out armor, were both potential kill shots.

I wish to convey the biggest THANK YOU that I can. There is not a doubt in my mind, that your product saved my life that day.
