Dear Texcalibur,
My name is R. M, and I am a Security Coordinator, I am currently serving in Iraq in the Northern Region. As you know it is very dangerous to live and work in Iraq, and we currently drive one of the Black Armored Suburban in and all over the Northern Iraq Region that was purchased from your Company.
On a particular day in February of 2004, this black Suburban was attacked by small arms fire from an AK-47. The rounds struck the left side large back window cracking the window. The inside glass was not damaged at all. I am sending a photograph of the damage, which is attached to the Email. I would like to say Thank you for building and making an excellent product it saved the lives of every passenger in the vehicle on this particular day in a city in Northern Iraq. No one was injured or worse killed. I am hoping that our company continues to do business and purchases more of these type vehicles because I can attest to anyone that your company is making a great product. The vehicle is the Black Suburban and please inform all your employees that worked on this vehicle that they saved a few lives.
Your great craftsmanship goes unnoticed halfway around the world here in Iraq. We all want to come home safe to our loved one's and families and your product gives us the needed protection. Please feel free to pass this email to anyone. Thanks again.
